Fall 2008 Schedule 


Each seminar begins at 9:00 am and finishes at 4:00 pm with a one hour lunch break from noon until 1:00 pm - a total duration is six (6) hours.

 

All seminars are designed to engage the participant to explore and try out new ideas, innovated strategies so as to  provide opportunities toward becoming more of the person you have the capability of becoming.

 

 

Operative Listening


People often reveal a lot more about their feelings, thoughts, and desires, in the course of a conversation. Really listening to what someone has said or intends to say can take a relationship to whole other dimension. Think of this seminar as an opportunity to perfect and refine your skills as a listener and become more of an operative communicator.

How to deal with difficult co-workers

Is there someone at work that really pushes your buttons and causes you more trouble than good? Maybe it’s a co-worker, a manager, or a boss that makes each day an exercise in extreme control and patience. In this seminar, you will learn a series of strategies and practice tactical skills that help you become more effective in dealing with troublesome co-workers.
